All sausages are fresh frozen 1 to 3 days prior to shipment. The Hot, Sweet, Garlic and Sicilian sausages are sold in one pound (4 links) packages. Immediately upon receipt of your order please open, remove fresh sausage from the box and ice packs, and place sausage in refrigerator or freezer, leave in packaging as it is sealed air tight. Freeze the package if you will not cook it within 2 days.
