As a service to the boroughs and towns across the country, ISM, Inc. has developed a special Maintenance Program for Council of Government organizations. Our aim is to create a cost effective website maintenance program that is both affordable as well as efficient.
ISM, Inc's maintenance team takes the pressure off your staff by implementing scheduled or on-the-fly updates. It's simple.
- Email the updates you would like to ISM, Inc.
- ISM, Inc. will process the update. Most updates will be completed within 24 hours. You will be notified by ISM, Inc. if the update requested will take longer.
- You will be notified when the update is completed. If it's a simple update, the page will be taken live right away. However, if you request to view the changes before the information goes live we will create the page in a hidden directory and take it live only after your approval.
- You will be invoiced for the time used at the end of each month.
When three members of any council sign up for our COG Website Maintenance Program, each member will receive a discounted hourly rate - only $45.00 / hour. At the end of the month, we will total the time spent updating your website and invoice you accordingly. For example:
Member A has the following updates for the month of August.
August 2 - 10 minutes
August 6 - 20 minutes
August 7 - 1 hour
August 27 - 10 minutes
An invoice will go out on September 1 for $75.00 - 100 minutes X $45.00.
To receive this special discount rate, we only ask that each member agree to pay a minimum 1-hour maintenance fee per month.
Remember, by allowing ISM, Inc. to manage your website content, you will
