This vase was blown and shaped in front of the furnace by master glassblowers employed by Vitrum in Janov, Czech Republic.
This glassworks was founded by Johan Schorm in 1912 and was named Johannesberg. During the Communist era, the Communists consolidated it with other glassworks. Then in 1992 it was spun off and became known as Vitrum.
Vitrum offers many products from tiny candlesticks to large off-hand shaped bowls. All products are made in various shapes and colors. |
